Contacted the Jack Docks team this spring to replace an old treated dock at my cottage. What drew me to the company was the innovative jack leg design that allows adjustment via an impact driver. Dock can be adjusted / leveled from the dock surface in just a few minutes. I sent them a quick sketch of what I was looking for as it was a custom config and they priced it out and had a quote turned around the same day. After purchase the shipping in delivery was very timely and the setup was straightforward. Very happy with the end product and even though I found them online the ability to pickup the phone and ask a question and get a response is invaluable.
